Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Atlas Trek. We strive to provide a reliable, efficient, and transparent shipping experience across Australia so you can gear up for your next bushwalking or alpine expedition without delay. Please review our shipping policy details below.
1. Shipping Fees
We proudly offer Free Standard Insured Shipping on all eligible trekking poles, navigation hardware, replacement tips, and alpine accessory orders delivered across Australia. There are no hidden handling fees or unexpected surcharges added at checkout.
2. Order Processing Time
- All carbon pole shafts, lever cam tensioners, natural cork grips, and compass azimuth capsules undergo compressive joint audits, locking tension verifications, tip alignment checks, and protective shock-cushioned packaging prior to dispatch.
- Processing Time: 1 - 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays).
- Orders placed over weekends or observed national holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Transit Time: 7 - 14 business days across Australian metropolitan and regional delivery zones via standard carrier networks.
- Please note that transit times are carrier estimates and may vary slightly depending on your state destination, remote regional postal routes, seasonal freight volume peaks, and courier parcel sorting for elongated tube parcels.
4. Order Tracking
Once your package has been dispatched, a shipment confirmation email containing a carrier tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment online.
5. Delays and Exceptions
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unexpected external delays may occasionally occur due to extreme weather disruptions, regional transport hub backlogs, or rail/road freight interruptions. Atlas Trek is not liable for external carrier delays, but our support team will actively assist you in tracking your parcel to resolve any delivery issues.
